AddMobile AppToolbox Android app does not collect any user information itself.
It is a Cordova based frame application used strictly for using appToolbox Web- and solution plugin based HTML5 application.

AddMobile

AddMobile AB (556654-1156) hosts and processes data to customers (typically the employer of the user) using our licensed platform AddMobile Toolbox for workorder related concepts, driversjournal and personel ledger systems.

What is personal data?

All information that directly or indirectly may be referable to a natural person who is alive is to be deemed personal data for the purposes of the Act. The following will therefore be deemed personal data: names, addresses and telephone numbers.

Data

Data content depends on what concept/solution and what plugins you are using for your solution.
Typical data used in AddMobile Solution is workorder related data like timereporting, user defined photos, used materials, and notes. For position related solutions within the platform, like tracking of snow clearance routes and damaged road reporting, device GPS position can be sent to server when user activates app functionionality. For drivers journal solution, position is never sent from app to server, the app is only a viewer/editor of trips created by black box GPS devices installed in the vehicle.

Photos and embedded files

Strictly photos and other files (like PDF files) selected by the user is attached to objects (like f.e. a workorder) and is sent to server. These are only available and used within the platform, under the object it is attached to.


Data transfer

All data collected via the AddMobile appToolbox solution and app are stored on AddMobile servers and/or your employers server. All data transfer between app and server are effected via a secure SSL encrypted connection.
Local data for specific offline functionality is stored in a local SQLite database.
AddMobile does not share data with third parties other than accepted/defined/controlled by you (users employer).
